About Kaitlyn

I have four years of experience working with children, starting out volunteering at a library doing reading programs, which grew into nannying for two private families. This role helped me understand household dynamics, respecting family boundaries, and managing personalized routines. I love fostering a safe, fun, and supportive space where children can express themselves, grow, and build strong, positive relationships. In my current daily role as an after-school lead at an elementary school, I design/lesd creative art and hands-on STEM lesson plans, culinary courses and lead energetic outdoor games, sports, and board games. Managing up to 40 kids at a time has made me exceptionally comfortable with maintaining structure and enforcing household rules while I have a friendly and approachable personality, I am mature, consistent, and confident when it comes to keeping children safe and accountable.
