About Kaitlyn

I'm a 22-year-old caregiver who has 3+ years of experience in specialized infant and toddler caregiving! I'm also a nursing student with neonatal/pediatric developmental and acute care knowledge and have used this throughout clinical work and daycare environments. I'd describe my personality as encouraging, patient, and empathetic! I love working with children because it helps grow my knowledge of pediatric care processes and fulfills me greatly! I started working with children early in my adolescence through after-school elementary sports programs, and continued this through my active daycare job for infants and toddlers at my local community center as of 2023. I have additionally provided newborn/maternal care throughout labor and delivery and NICU clinical rotations. In my spare time, I like to paint and draw, listen to music, and go to the gym! My skills include child developmental stages knowledge, Pediatric CPR, and positive behavior redirection.
