About Kaitlyn

I'm Kaitlyn, a 30-year-old nanny and household manager. I've been working with children since middle school, but professionally since 2020, when I began nannying full-time here in Austin. Since then, I've supported three incredible families with children of all ages. Alongside childcare, I manage many behind-the-scenes tasks to keep households running smoothly: grocery shopping/meal prep, calendar and appointment management, laundry, household organization, errands, holiday/travel prep, and more. I thrive in roles where I can wear many hats! My approach is grounded in psychology and internal family systems. Children thrive when they feel seen, safe, and significant. I bring warmth, structure, and emotional awareness to each day. One of the children once told me that I'm not her nanny-I'm just "her Kaitlyn." I strive to be that kind of presence in a family's life: loving, steady, and genuinely invested. I am a certified yoga teacher, and have a Golden Retriever named Tucker!
