I'm Kaitlyn and I'm a Kindergarten Enrichment teacher who truly loves working with children and creating a warm, engaging environment where they feel safe, confident, and excited to learn and play. I have experience with children across elementary ages and bring a thoughtful balance of fun and structure to every day. I love planning hands-on activities like crafts, games, and outdoor play, while also supporting routines such as homework, mealtimes, and bedtime in a calm and consistent way. I'm very relationship focused and take pride in building strong, trusting connections with both children and families. I aim to create a positive, dependable presence in your home, and I'm always attentive to each child's individual needs, personality, and development.
