Kate cared for our two toddlers part-time for the past six months, and we are truly grateful to have her with us. Unfortunately, our childcare needs changed as our oldest prepares to start school, so we have to part ways for reasons completely unrelated to her performance. Kate is incredibly patient and has a wonderful ability to meet children where they are. She embraced our girls’ playful personalities, engaged with them on their level, and created fun, enriching days together. We trusted her to plan outings and activities, drive the girls safely, prepare their lunches, and care for our youngest through nap time, and she handled each responsibility with confidence. One of the things we appreciated most was how well Kate respected our parenting preferences. She consistently followed our guidance and household rules while also showing initiative and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities whenever needed. She also went above and beyond to be mindful of our family’s budget when planning activities, which we found incredibly thoughtful.
