Hi! I'm Kaitlyn. I specialize in caring for newborns and infants and love supporting families during those early stages of development. My experience includes overnight newborn care, sleep training, nanny shares, twins, and multi-child households. I believe routines help babies feel secure and confident, while still making room for fun, exploration, and connection. My childcare style is influenced by *Hunt, Gather, Parent*. I strive to create a calm, loving environment where children can build independence while knowing they are supported every step of the way. I enjoy taking little ones to parks, museums, aquariums, story times, and playdates with nanny friends to encourage learning and socialization.
