About Kaitlyn

Hi! My name is Kaitlyn, and I have several years of experience caring for children ages 3 months to 16 years. I have worked with children from diverse backgrounds, including those on the autism spectrum, with speech delays, and developmental delays. My experience includes transportation, appointments, activities, summer camps, meal preparation, bathing, overnight care, and pet care. I have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in Clinical Psychology in Indiana. My education has provided me with knowledge of child development and developmental milestones. While I cannot provide clinical services, I bring a patient, compassionate, and developmentally informed approach to childcare. As the oldest sister of three younger brothers, I value creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Families describe me as reliable, organized, and easy to communicate with.
