About Kandace

I'm 26 years old and work in Communications and Development. I am a Northwestern University graduate, an actor and playwright, and I've been a Chicagoland area resident for 8 years. In my free time I love to read, run, write, and hang out with my cool cat Tito! When it comes to childcare, my philosophy is trusting the intelligence of young people and emphasizing mutual respect. When problems arise, we collaborate as a team to pause, identify emotions, and come to solutions together. My specialties include creative learning, and I enjoy planning creative activities.
