A little about me: I have 20 years of experience working with children ages ranging from infant to the fifth grade. Over the years, I've been a Preschool Teacher, Parenting Coach at a non profit and a Nanny for families. I have enthusiasm for teaching with ability to create a loving and positive atmosphere for children. I love to do activities and if comfortable take, little ones on local field trips for a fun learning experience. I am pediatric CPR and pediatric first aid certified. I'm also fluent in sign language.

We were so fortunate to have Kaprice with our daughter for 2 years before we relocated back east.   She was so wonderful with our daughter from the time she was 1 to 3.  She came prepared with educational programs, crafts and adventures every day.   Our daughter grew so much during that time.  She learned her numbers, letters and so much more.  One thing we especially loved is that Kaprice would help L to explore all kinds of different foods.  By 3 she was open to trying just about anything!  We trusted Kaprice so much with L and encouraged adventures.  Kaprice took L to swimming lessons, kayaking, dance, the zoo.  You name it, Kaprice made it a fun day. She would also do overnights and weekends on occasion.  We trust her implicitly.  She is reliable and so goodhearted.  We developed a strong bond over time and every time we visit California we make it a point to spend a day with our P.  We highly recommend Kaprice for any family in need of someone special!

I can't Express enough appreciation that I have towards Kaprice. She has helped me and my children grow in so many different ways.. She is a wonderful person inside and out and has a kind heart. It's definitely the love that she has for children that shows and gives me as a parent the confidence and trust that my kids will be in good hands. My girls are  always happy coming home and excited to spend their day with her. What a blessing!

Kaprice is a delightful person to work with. She exceeds all expectations when working with family members, children and her community. My husband is a busy financial advisor and I was working a lot when we hired Kaprice to care for our two boys. When my husband took on another position we moved away for a few years. 
Kaprice was truly a blessing to our family and still is today. Our family had a very busy and at times erratic schedule and she was always reliable, prepared, and came to work with enthusiasm. It was evident it was not just another job for her but her positive attitude, creativity, and going beyond the call of duty proved that time and time again. 
As a mother, one of the most important things for me is having someone I can truly trust with ALL of my family members, someone who my kids loved to be with and a good role model.  Kaprice was that person for us. She has a passion for the families she works for and genuinely loved and cared for my kids like they were her own.

Kaprice babysits for our daughter and has done so from when she was 6 months old until present (our daughter is almost 3 now). She is punctual, dependable, and experienced. And maybe, most importantly, she is kind and fun and we always feel our daughter is in good hands! When Kaprice first starting watching our daughter, she wasn't used to being left with anyone while we left the house. Kaprice helped us every step of the way and did everything she could to make our daughter comfortable and feel safe. She really went above and beyond to help with the adjustment of being left with a babysitter, and Kaprice also made us, as the parents, feel comfortable going out and having time to ourselves. She even sent us pictures of her having fun after we left so we would know she calmed down- which I loved! We feel very lucky to have Kaprice as someone we can count on to help take care of our daughter and we would recommend her to anyone!

Kaprice cared for our daughter from when she was 6 months old to 17 months old. We trusted her with our one and only baby and she did a tremendous job. She planned activities, and took our daughter to parks in the nearby area that we had never even heard of to ensure she experienced new things and places. She made sure our daughter had a good mix of music, outdoor play, indoor activities and had what she needed every day. Maybe most wonderful, she cared enough to gently prod/reassure us when she thought the time was right for us to try something new with A, and helped us let go of our neuroses from time to time, which has made us better parents. It was only possible because we trusted her so implicitly. She was extremely honest and communicative, keeping us updated on their activities throughout the day and sending photos so we could stay connected to our girl while we were at work. She is kind and thoughtful and wonderful with the little ones, and our daughter adored her!
