About Karen

I've been helping out with my nieces and nephews for as long as I can remember, ages ranging from newborn to 15 years. I've also been caring for children every summer since I was 13! I volunteered at a day camp and cared for preschoolers. I've done church and drama camps for elementary to middle school aged kids. At 16, I went onto working as a camp counselor every year for kids ages 5 to 12. This summer I worked as a pediatric CNA at a sleep-away camp. As mentioned, I am a CNA and have my BLS (CPR + AED) certification. I will follow your preferred communication method and speak both English and Spanish. I also have a car and love pets. A bit more about me, I'm a full-time nursing student and a part-time barista. I spend lots of time traveling and with friends or family!
