For the past six years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate home health care, assisting with light housekeeping, and preparing nutritious meals. I also have experience in dementia care, medical management, and encouraging physical activity. My approach is rooted in patience, empathy, and understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I am skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with care. I keep families informed with daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone calls. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
