Karen is a unicorn. I can best describe her by straining a long list of adjectives together. She is smart, thinks outside the box, attentive, has a good memory, follows direction very well, unperturbed by pets and very friendly with them, will drive to appts or places like the movies, is unceasingly empathetic, compassionate, and upbeat. She does light housekeeping, personal care, helps with pt exercises. She understands the demands of a failing body, the impact on mental health, and memory care. She offers not just care, but companionship. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is 100% excellent.
