Caring for children and supporting families has been my passion for the past nine years. I have over six years of childcare experience in my home country, Colombia, and three years working with families in Chicago before recently moving to Portage. I truly enjoy spending time with children and creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment where they can learn, grow, and have fun. My approach is patient, nurturing, and creative. I prioritize screen-free activities, including outdoor play, arts and crafts, reading, educational games, and hands-on learning experiences that encourage healthy development and genuine connection. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and child-related tasks to help keep your household running smoothly. I value open communication with parents and am comfortable following your family's routines, values, and household rules.
