I have vast experience working with children and adolescents within their homes. I value what parents tell me about their household, such as priorities and rules. I strive to provide consistency for them. Also, I am invested in trying to understand how youth are feeling and how I can provide the best care for them. My ability to create fun and safe activities is a strength of mine that children/teens and parents have appreciated. Some activities include nature exploration/activities, crafts (for boys and girls), physical activities. I enjoy engaging youth in fun, creative and safe activities. While assisting children/teens with homework, I provide positive feedback, redirection and assistance as needed. While doing their schoolwork I also provide structure. I would enjoy the opportunity to speak with you about your needs as parents who want their youth with an experienced and compassionate caregiver.
