About Karen

I'm Karen, a social worker with an MSW from Rutgers University, a certificate in gerontology, and a clinical background in individual and family counseling. I also previously owned a private home-care agency. I offer warm companionship, emotional support, encouragement, and practical assistance to older adults and their families. I understand how changes in health and independence affect the whole family. My approach is patient and attentive, helping each person feel heard, respected, and supported. I assist with appointments, errands, scheduling, personal care, and daily routines while encouraging meaningful activity and connection. With the individual's permission, I keep families informed and offer reassurance as needs change. Serving Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and nearby communities. Flexible availability seven days a week, by arrangement. $40/hour; two-hour minimum.
