Karen was our number 1 pick but we were too slow on hiring so someone hired her and we had to hire someone else. However, our current nanny called in sick and we needed a backup. I asked Karen how her current job was going and she said she could squeeze us in for at least half a day. She showed up that night to meet us and then showed up on time the next two (half) days and did an outstanding job. She was very great with our baby boy and helped out around the house as needed!
