Karen went above and beyond in every way. She cared for him for four days, and despite an unusual LA rainstorm during the first two, she arrived prepared with several fun activity options. She even took him to a music class at a local park we hadn’t discovered yet!

Karen is the absolute best! She is sensitive to the child's/ babies needs and knows exactly what to do to keep them happy. She follows the schedule that I gave her but at the same time provided great insight into how things could be better. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I highly recommend Karen also known as Paola. As her previous employers told me, she is reliable, consistently sweet natured and was very gentle and sensitive with my baby who was eight days old when she met her. She did a range of things for me, covering nights and periods of the day and was flexible about her hours and schedule as needed. When I left, she offered to take the baby things I couldn’t fly home with to the charity shop. She also babysit my friends’ small daughters who had never had a babysitter before and they really took to her, she is great! 

The absolute best nanny there is! Karen was with me for about two years until my family moved out of state and she cared for both of my babies since newborn stage. She is reliable, respectful, and I trust her more than anything. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Paola was wonderful with our baby - and we would hire her again!

We Hired Paola for 3 days full time as we needed help moving in and unpacking to our new house and she was of great help with our infant. Dependable, responsible and learns really quickly respecting your decisions but can make suggestions based on her experience.

We loved having Paola watch our 8 month old! She kept her incredibly engaged - helped her learn to craw, took her to the park every day, expired the library, was great at feeding her solids, and even got her to drink formula for the first time (after months of bottle refusal). Can't recommend her enough!

Paola took care of our baby son from when he was 2.5 months to 4 months old. She was always very communicative, reliable and punctual. She has a very loving and calming energy and was very helpful in getting our baby to take regular naps and get on a sleeping schedule. She always kept his room clean and helped with dishes etc around the house. We have live in help now, but still call Paola any time we need care!

Karen is absolutely incredible! She is super sweet, calm and extremely reliable. My girls absolutely adore her because she is fun, patient and takes amazing care of them. We are beyond lucky to have found Karen. She is one of a kind!

Paola is absolutely wonderful. From day one, she has been incredibly receptive and followed our instructions perfectly. She was incredibly loving towards our baby girl and our puppy. Every time she walked through the door our daughter would give her the biggest smile. She was always willing to do whatever we asked. She did some housekeeping, laundry, and also walked our dog when asked. She was never late and was always prompt. Most importantly, she was very safe with  our daughter and we trust her. We would highly recommend her without any reservation.

We hired her a few times when our baby was only a few months old and we felt completely comfortable that he was well taken care of!

I've known Karen for about 3 years and in that time I could see how amazing she is with kids. She is a responsible, hard working person. You can trust her, she would never disappoint you.

Paola has been our full time nanny for the last 3 months.  Our son is 6 months old, and he clearly adores her.  We love her and will be sad to see her go!

My family hired Paola to watch our two kids (3 and 5) during quarantine. She is extremely loving, creative, thoughtful, proactive and I can't say enough great things about her. My kids love her and they've thrived under her care. She is constantly thinking of new projects for them to do, from building things out of cardboard to science experiments. She also spends time daily to make sure my kids are maintaining and advancing skills they had picked up in school/preschool prior to quarantine (math & reading with my older, letter/number recognition & fine motor skills with my younger). She can also balance the demands of two kids who want to do very different things. We love her very much and would continue to work with her in a heartbeat if our care needs weren't changing.
