About Karen

Supporting the dignity, well-being, and independence of seniors is my calling. For over 11 years, I've served as an End-of-Life Doula, trauma-informed platonic touch practitioner, and Reiki Master, providing calm, compassionate, non-medical companion care. I specialize in respite, hospice companionship, and dementia support, creating meaningful connections through conversation, reading, music, puzzles, walks, meals, and emotional support. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, medication reminders, and occasional overnight care. I'm comfortable with pets and have reliable transportation. Families appreciate my patience, dependability, and thoughtful communication. I do not provide lifting, transfers, bathing, or other hands-on personal care. It is an honor to support seniors with kindness, respect, and genuine companionship.
