About Karen

I have worked with many age groups in a daycare setting. I was the assistant teacher in the 1 to 2-year-old room for 5 years. I would also help out in the 2-year-old room, the infant room, and on occasion the 3 to 4-year-old room if needed. My skills range from making sure the lesson plan is followed, preparing the items needed for the lesson plan each day, diaper changing, heating up lunches, entertaining the children, observing the children figuring out how to self entertain, write daily reports. I help to keep the room, kitchen area, changing table, toys, and children clean. I help to keep the room organized, decorated, bright, and welcoming.
