I grew up in England. Trained as a nanny at 19 years old. I have been a nanny for 37 years, working with families with children ranging from newborn to teenagers. Most jobs I was there for at least 2 years, the longest one was 10 years. Working as a nanny has been a very rewarding experience. I have helped a lot of children through their milestones, it is very satisfying to know that you are a part of that! I love to be outdoors with the children, going to the park, zoo, swimming... etc.! My strengths are that I am punctual, patient, kind, loving, organized, good at multi tasking, neat and a good driver & swimmer. I have my own 17-year-old daughter & being a nanny has given me loads of experience to be a parent. I genuinely love what I do. Children are a blessing. There is nothing else I would rather do.

Hard to believe it’s been 10 years since Karen joined our family as our Nanny. We can’t believe how lucky we got finding Karen right as we started to grow our family. Karen took excellent care of each of our four children from the time they were newborn babies up until now where our oldest is 11. She is an excellent caregiver, particularly for babies and infants. Karen is a hard worker and was always finding ways to help us around the house when there was down time with the kids. One of the most important things that we appreciated about Karen was that Karen is extremely reliable. We never had to worry that Karen would be late or call out. She was there on time every single day. And once she got there, she was very active with the kids, always doing activities with them, taking them to parks, libraries etc, and when they got a bit older, helping them with their homework. When kids got sick, Karen was excellent in taking care of them. We can’t say enough nice things about Karen and would be happy to recommend her to anyone.
