If I could give Karen ten gold stars I would! I hired her 3 years ago to care for my 94 year old mother. The ONLY reason I had to stop using Karen was because my Mom declined to where she is bedridden and too heavy to lift to change her. Karen is the most caring person I have ever met. She quickly learned all the little things to make my Mom comfortable and happy. She would make food and bring it to share with my Mom. She had way more knowledge of caring for a senior with dementia than I did and often offered suggestions on ways to make my Mom more comfortable. My Mom needed total personal care and Karen had no problems helping her with all aspects. Karen was not just an "employee" she became a member of our family and someone we will always stay in touch with.
