Karina is an incredible nanny. Her energy is incredibly warm, kind, and nurturing, and she has a wealth of childcare knowledge. She was with us since my daughter was 5 months old and has truly been such an important part of our lives. Before she started, my baby would only contact nap, and she patiently helped transition her to napping independently and later on she helped support us while we sleep trained, following our plan perfectly. She also supported us through the introduction of solids and is an absolute champ at preparing and giving her breakfast and lunch. We are so grateful to have had the pleasure of having Karina as our daughter's nanny. She is so fun, wonderful and any family would be so lucky to have her.
