About Karla

Hi! My name is Karla. I'm caring, patient, and responsible, with several years of hands-on childcare experience within my family. I have helped care for my partner's daughter since she was 1-year-old and have also cared for my nephews of different ages. I enjoy playing with children, preparing simple meals, helping with routines, and creating a safe and caring environment. I have reliable transportation and can help with school or activity transportation, children's laundry, and light housekeeping. Spanish is my first language and I speak basic English. I'm currently attending college to improve my English, and I'd love to work with a family that values their children being exposed to Spanish. I'm available Monday through Friday after 2 p.m. and am looking for a part-time nanny or after-school care position.
