About Karla

Hi there, I'm Karla from Ecuador, I'm 30 years old and I'm a former au pair, I've been working for an amazing family for almost 2 years, now kids are starting school so I'm looking for a new family to work for. I have 5 years of experience with kids 6 mo. till 9 yo but mostly I've worked with toddlers. I started working with kids when I was in college as part of my student schedule, I worked in a kinder Garten for few months before to come to the States and I did child care as part of my au pair training as well. I'm very active and sportive, I like to take the kids in outdoor activities and places. My strengths are patience, kindness and strong minded, but I'm very sensitive and empathic at the same time. I'm a strong driver (11 yoe) Also I'm CPR certificated, and good swimmer. I have a degree in psychology. excellent references.
