 Karla and I agreed that she would clean my home on 7/20 and arrive between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. At 8:45 a.m., I called to ask for her ETA because I had not heard from her. She sounded as though she had forgotten about the appointment and told me she was just leaving, with an estimated arrival time of 9:30 a.m. Before arriving, she asked if I had cleaning supplies. I was surprised by the question, as I expected a professional cleaner to bring the necessary supplies.

When she arrived, I gave her a tour of the home and specifically asked that she begin on the top floor and work her way down so I could continue working in another room. About 10 minutes later, she told me the upstairs was finished. When I inspected it, I found obvious dust still on top of the dresser, dust on an empty shelf in the closet, and the rug had not been properly cleaned.

After I finished my work meeting, I brought these issues to her attention. She responded that she "didn't see it." I then checked another room, which was completely empty, and found that the windowsills were still covered in dust. My primary request for this cleaning was thorough dusting, vacuuming, and mopping the kitchen and bathrooms, with dusting being especially important.

She then told me that additional dusting would cost another $75, even though dusting was part of the original cleaning request.  Keep in mind there was no bed to make, no laundry dry, no dishes, all.cabinets were cleaned out and wiped down, and i took pictures of every room prior to her arrival.  I was confused because I believed dusting was included in a standard house cleaning.

I also checked the guest bathroom, which is rarely used, and found that it had not been properly cleaned. When I pointed out hair still stuck to the shower wall, she argued that it had been cleaned, despite the obvious evidence that it had not.

Several hours into the appointment, I realized I had not heard a vacuum running. When I asked when she planned to vacuum, she told me she had not brought a vacuum. I informed her that I had one on the first floor that she could use. About 30 minutes later, I found that she was attempting to vacuum with my carpet cleaner, which was empty, instead of using the actual vacuum. I had to explain that a carpet cleaner is not a vacuum. Even then, she claimed the rugs did not need to be vacuumed because she had swept them, despite our agreement that they would be vacuumed.

At the end of the job, she demanded payment through Zelle. When I attempted to send it, Zelle would not process the payment because her identity needed to be verified. Throughout the appointment, I repeatedly had to point out areas that had clearly not been cleaned, and instead of addressing them, she argued that they were already clean. I found this frustrating because I was looking directly at visible dust and dirt. Overall, I felt that she consistently cut corners, required constant supervision, and did not provide the professional cleaning service that was promised. I would not hire her again or recommend her services. She also insisted I dont use business on zelle.but personal so she doesnt have to pay taxes on income. 

 I highly recommend her! She is reliable, punctual, and does an amazing job every time. My home always looks spotless, fresh, and well-organized after her visits. She pays great attention to detail and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
She is also very respectful, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. I feel completely comfortable having her in my home. If you are looking for a professional and dependable housekeeper, she is the best choice!
