Hello! My name is Paola, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable caregiver with over 10 years of teaching experience. I currently work as a middle school English Language Arts teacher, which has given me a strong foundation in child development, social-emotional support, academic guidance, and creating structured yet nurturing routines. Before becoming a teacher, I worked as an au pair for a family in my early 20s, which sparked my love for childcare.
