If I could give Karla 6 stars, I would. She joined us when our daughter was 6 months old as our full-time nanny. Our daughter loves her and lights up when she sees Karla. Karla helped us introduce solids, follow a schedule, takes her to parks, and helped improved our daughter's mobility (rolling, sitting, etc). She's really easy to be around, keeps the house tidy, and is always on time. We have an au pair coming, otherwise, we'd keep her as our full-time nanny.
