About Karlyn

Hi families! My name is Karlyn, and caring for children has always been a huge part of my life. I'm a mother of five and currently work as a preschool teacher with experience caring for children from newborns and toddlers to elementary ages. I also have 49. 5 ECE units in Early Childhood Development. I'm naturally nurturing, patient, dependable, and hands-on, and I love creating a safe, calm, and loving environment where children feel supported and encouraged to grow. I enjoy everything from soothing newborns and helping with routines to reading stories, crafts, outdoor play, and fun learning activities. I also have a background in dance and creative arts teaching, which allows me to bring creativity and engagement into childcare. I am CPR and First Aid certified, fingerprinted, organized, family-oriented, and passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents
