Hi, I'm Shay! I'm a warm, dependable, and intentional caregiver with 15+ years in early childhood education and nannying and over 6 years owning and operating my own licensed childcare center. My approach is Reggio Emilia inspired, focusing on curiosity, creativity, nature, and hands on learning. I love libraries, imaginative play, the outdoors, and field trips. Story Time with Shay is essential every day, and we're going to make it fun. I naturally notice what needs to be done and enjoy supporting the whole family with routines, laundry, simple meals, errands, playroom organization, school transportation, pets, and more. I love shopping, fashion, decorating, traveling, parks, farmers markets, and making everyday life special. If your children wake up to a sweet surprise, just smile. I'm full of warm surprises.
