About Kassandra

Hello Families! I am a caregiver with 8 years of paid experience, and 10+ years since I started working with kids. I have worked in a variety of environments, including elementary classroom, daycares, music camp, after school classes, and Montessori preschool classrooms. I have the most experience working in homes as a nanny, as I do my best work with individualized client centered care. My style of work would be described as neurodiverse affirming. I am an exceptional observer, which supports my skill at recognizing unique needs and accommodating them. I am passionate about the mind-body connection and therefore focus on teaching children the power of their own capabilities and free will. With my own personal experiences navigating sensory differences, I talk with children about this in a way that is accessible to them. I focus on providing the tools and skills to navigate challenges or environments that are not perfectly suited for them.
