About Kassandra

Hi there! I'm a dedicated and experienced childcare provider with a lifelong love for nurturing young minds. My journey began as a teen camp counselor, where I taught drama and music. As last year's Snow Queen at the Children's Museum of Richmond, I spread magic and joy across the state. I also have experience as children's Taekwondo instructor for primarily ages 4-12. Until recently, I was a preschool teacher focused on kindergarten readiness for ages 3 & 4, while also providing care in the mornings for infants and toddlers. I left to focus on my education and prepare for my own child that I am expecting April of this year. My education includes 2 years of full time coursework at Mary Baldwin University in psychology and musical theatre. I am currently working towards my A. S. in Social Sciences to eventually pursue a career in social work. I hold black belts in both karate and taekwondo and maintain self-defense practice to ensure I can always protect the children in my care.
