I consider myself caring, creative, and a little goofy. I enjoy working with kids because I think every child deserves a network of support and care. Witnessing and participating in their development is so rewarding. I also believe every child is unique and enjoy working with parents to find the best path for their children. I'm looking for a part-time job providing childcare (everyday care, homework help, cooking, activities, transportation, etc.), as well as light housekeeping and other agreed upon responsibilities if wanted. I started caring for kids over 15 years ago. I've since gained 11 years of professional experience as a nanny. My skills include creative problem solving, organization, patience, and the desire to learn and improve following new findings in child development and psychology. I have experience with newborns to the age of 10. In my spare time I enjoy painting, baking, and spending time with my pets.
