About Kate

Hello, my name is Kate! I'm 22 years old, recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, and currently work as a Behavioral Technician supporting children with autism and their developmental and behavioral goals. I'm available for occasional babysitting and date nights in the San Diego area. I have 6+ years of paid childcare experience caring for children ages 0-12 through nannying, babysitting, church nursery, and working as a State Parks Lifeguard. My experience includes infants, toddlers, school-aged children, and children with diverse developmental needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel supported and understood. My background in psychology and child development has strengthened my ability to remain patient, attentive, and responsive to each child's needs. I'm CPR certified, reliable, and happy to help with light household tasks.
