As a former Registered Nurse with a college degree, I have experience supporting adults and seniors, including those with memory care needs. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and empathetic. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I understand the importance of knowing your loved one's preferences and history. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I always follow the family's preferred communication method.
