About Kate

I'm an outgoing, energetic, and caring person who enjoys caring for seniors because I love hearing their stories, learning from their experiences, and helping them feel valued and respected. I believe every stage of life is important and that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. I began caring for seniors in 2023 as a Patient Care Technician at The University of Kansas Health System on a cardiac unit. This experience taught me the importance of compassion, patience, respect, and dependable care. I'm looking for a supportive environment where I can build relationships, provide compassionate care, continue learning, and grow as a future nurse. My Catholic faith guides how I care for others, and I strive to provide excellent care within my scope of practice. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, exercising, spending time with family, and playing with my Scottish Terrier, Scootie.
