About Katharine

Hi there! I'm Kate. With more than 15 years experience in childcare, I've always been drawn to helping children learn and grow. I volunteer twice a month in a classroom of elementary students, as well as regular babysitting. I have experience caring for children ages 10 months and up. I believe patience, understanding and care is of the utmost importance with children. I love to nurture their interests whether it be with creative projects, playing games or sports, reading, or whatever it may be. I prioritize open communication with parents by giving them regular updates if wanted throughout the day. I make sure to follow the parent's expectations and preferences, as every family is different. It would be an honor to care for your child or children!
