Kate is such a wonderful caregiver to our son. She's very knowledgeable about child development and skilled in working with him (he is 9 months). He took to her immediately and they formed a bond right away. Our son had a pretty scary moment after just a few weeks of having Kate on, she handled it like a champ and I credit her to be the reason why I handled the situation so well myself. I feel so much safer knowing she is with my son when I cannot be. Kate is truly great to work with and I would hire her again and again.
