About Katherine

Hi! My name is Katie and I have 10+ years of childcare experience! I've had the joy of caring for children of all ages, from infants to school age kids. My experience also includes working with special needs children. I have worked at a child care facility, nannied for a couple families, all while babysitting for numerous families on nights and weekends. While nannying and working at the child care facilities I followed a set schedule and created lesson plans each week. I enjoyed creating age appropriate activities that kept the children engaged and learning! I also enjoy doing crafts (especially the holiday ones) and outdoor activities. I try to make it a screen-free environment and let the kids be kids! I am an office manager and work Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00. I'm looking for a little extra income with the hopes of purchasing a home soon! I'm also happy to help with meal preparation, housekeeping, homework, and carpooling.
