I have been working with Seniors over the past 6+ years, assisting with socializing, Dr appts, nutrition recommendations, physical activity, light cleaning, and just spending time. My main area of expertise is to act as a healthcare navigation patient advocate. I also have experience and limitless patience for those who have mild to moderate/severe cognitive impairment/Dementia/Alzheimers. I am certified in various capacities as Health, Wellness, Nutrition, and Physical Activity - as well as CPR/AED. National Board Certified Health & Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine professional.. Those who have come before us need to someone who will acknowledge their importance in our society, respecting that aging is a natural part of our lives. They need to be cared for with dignity and respect as they navigate their senior years.
