About Katherine

Hi there! My name is Kat and while i'm in graduate school for counseling psychology I'm looking for a part time nannying job (ideally a recurring job). I have a great deal of childcare experience. I've taken care of children from 1-year-old to 15 years old. I've been babysitting and nannying since I was 15 or so, and I'm 30 now. I have experience caring for families with up to 4 children. I spent 6 months nannying 7-year-old twins in New York City and a year and a half taking care of two pre-teens in Los Angeles. In the past I have cooked for the kids, done light cleaning duties, changed diapers, helped the kids study and work on projects, driven the kids to sports and play dates, and brought the kids on field trips, doctor's appointments, etc. As a creative person I love coming up with arts and crafts projects and simple science experiments to do with kids. Ideally I'd love a a job that's two to three days a week (with occasional weekend hours) but my schedule is fairly flexible.
