About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as easygoing, fun & kind. I like working with kids because kids are fun to be around! In also love watching them grow and learn new things. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and that has a safe environment. I am also looking for a job that provides me more stability. I started working with kids when I was about 10 years old. I have a younger sister so I had plenty of practice very early on. However, in my early teens my mother had a small day care and I helped her with the kids. I also had experience during nursing school. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, watch documentaries, dance, play or watch sports, spend quality time with my husband and watch movies! One thing you should know about me is I love the outdoors! I like hiking, trailing and one day I would love to try rock climbing. My skills include active listening, multitasking, communication skills and empathy.
