About Katherine

Hi! I'm Katie :) I've been babysitting since I was 11 and have always loved working with kids. I also have 5 nieces and nephews, so I've been around little ones pretty much my whole life! I've worked as a camp counselor, tutor at Kumon, a nanny during the summers throughout college, and a preschool teacher. I have experience with all ages, but most of my experience is with babies and younger kids (I also know baby ASL). I have my bachelor's degree in Psychology and am currently in my final year of my Doctorate of Occupational Therapy program. I also recently finished my internship at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital working with kids of all different ages and abilities. I'm CPR certified, patient, easygoing, and love being hands-on with kids, whether that's playing outside, doing crafts, reading, or just following their interests. I'd love to find a family that I can help out and get to know!
