About Katherine

I'd describe my personality as caring, supportive, and personable. I like caring for seniors because I enjoy caring for people. I've cared for kids for years as an educator; I'd like to transition to taking care of seniors. I cared for my grandma while she was still alive. I took her to appointments, grocery shopping, and provided companionship. In my spare time, I like to be with my family and friends. I also love live music and dancing One thing you should know about me is this would be my first time caring for seniors (with the exception of my grandma). I am switching careers from education. So, I do have many of the needed skills (trustworthy, patient, calm, personable) but I am new to caring for seniors. I feel like I would really thrive in this role if I am given a chance. My skills include being understanding, patient, and offering companionship.
