About Katie

Hi! I am a mom of a 3-year-old girl that also has extensive nanny experience. I began helping with children from as young as 12, and was a nanny either full time or part time around other jobs up until I had my own daughter. After recently being laid off from the corporate world, I'm hoping to find a family or two with children in age close to my daughter that need child care in our home. We are in the Harvey Park and have a house built around children, with multiple playrooms, toys and a swingset outside, etc. With my own daughter, I focus on low screen time, Montessori practices, open-ended play, outside time, and connecting with her on her level. I did baby led weaning with her if this is something you're interested in with your own child! Additionally, I have experience with food allergies and epi-pen use. Would love to chat more!
