We messaged each other back and forth several times on Care.Com, and, had an interview set up, but did not follow through! I was so excited to meet her, until she alerted me at the last minute, that she wants paid in "Cash"! This to me is under the table, and pretty sure is illegal! Most people I know claim their income and pay taxes.
