About Kathleen

Hi! I'm Kathleen. I'm currently in contract with AmeriCorps in DC for my service year! I'm serving with a non profit in Anacostia focused on building capacity and uplifting our local communities out of poverty. I have an innate sense of love for people and animals and have been lucky enough to have taken care of foster dogs throughout all 4 years of university and have a family dog at home. During the occasional holiday, my parents would go out of town and I was able to spend lots of time taking care of our dog! As for dog and cat care, I am very proactive on giving dogs the space and time to be active throughout the day so their rest and mental well being can be well taken care of (as they deserve). Cats are going to be kept company and looked after while you're out of town. It's important that pets and owners are both happy! I'm all about catering to you and your dog's every need - I'm going to be on YOUR schedule while on call.
