My name is Kathleen and I am a teacher of the deaf and hard of hearing. After graduating with my Master's degree, I moved to Chicago and began teaching this past year. I have always had a passion for working with children and am looking to spend time this summer continuing to work with families. I have had numerous childcare experiences and have nannied for infants as young as 6 weeks so I am comfortable with any age. I have experience with children with special needs. Being able to spend time with awesome kids while helping a family out and gaining experience, memories, and a lot of laughter along the way is more than I could ever ask for. I am first aid and CPR certified and have transportation. I am creative and can make anything fun, whether that is helping with summer homework or a rainy day. Looking forward to talking with you!

Kathleen is wonderful! She is very enthusiastic and engaging. Upon meeting me and my son she put us both at ease with her fun personality and child-rearing instincts. My one-year old son really likes her and was practically pushing me out the door on her 3rd visit.
