If your family is looking for a nanny who approaches childcare with sophistication, nuance, and intentionality; I am your gal! I have a Masters in Education and have spent 20 years working in childcare. My last teaching experience was as a lead teacher and director of an infant and toddler center; an age group that I am passionate about working with! I believe helping parents feel comfortable and trusting with who they leave their children with is so important! I build that relationship three ways. One, communication between parents and caregivers is a tenant I hold important. Two, by creating an environment for their child that is safe, responsive, and fosters growth across all developmental domains. Three, by being a responsive caregiver to the child. Infants and toddlers are to be respected and can be active participants in their day. It is important to observe their needs and plan accordingly.
