My name is Katie, I'm 43 years old. I was born and raised in NY but have been in Portland for about 10 years ago. I have 20+ years experience in babysitting, nannying and working In daycares. Most of time there was with infants and toddlers but I have experience with all ages. My hobbies are basically anything that can get me outside and moving! I love reading, yoga and being outside. These are all things I love to share with kids as well :) I'm very dependable, kind and I love to clean/organize. I definitely think I'm a lot of fun! I am currently looking for FT but would be abke to work eith a PT schedule if it was consistent.

Katie was our family's nanny for just under 2 years. She ran my entire home! Katie is above and beyond what a typical nanny encompasses. We have three kids- twins that are 5 years old and a 3.5 year old. Katie could run the show from morning until evening with her hands tied behind her back! She served roles such as early mornings before school, drop offs, pick ups, errands, cleaning, meal prep, organizing projects, and also nannying for all three kids for multiple days at a time if they weren't in school. She is engaging, funny, affectionate, and silly with my kids, and also has a wonderful ability to teach kids important lessons in an age-appropriate way. During the time she was with us, she became a life-long friend of mine and someone whom my children will love forever. Katie is approachable, flexible, has sound ideas, and was dedicated beyond what I could ever have asked for. If you are lucky enough to stumble across her profile, HIRE HER!! She's simply incredible!
