With 20 years of experience, I support independence, dignity, and quality of life through personalized care, companionship, daily living support, transportation, meal prep, and engaging activities. My OT background helps me focus on abilities, promote independence, and find creative solutions that help people thrive. I have extensive experience working with individuals living with dementia and understand the patience and flexibility required. Beyond caregiving, I enjoy gardening, organizing, small projects, furniture assembly, and everyday tasks that make life easier.
